Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at promotion@amzcycle.cc. Returns must be sent to the address we provide after your request is approved.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must still meet the standard return conditions: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
